Saint Peter's Pre-School Program

​Saint Peter’s School is a two-time recipient of the U.S. Department of Education National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence Award (2012 & 2020).  Our pre-school classes emphasize the growth of the whole child, taking an integrated approach to the development of social and emotional skills, oral language skills, early literacy skills and love of literature, fine and gross motor skills, health and safety awareness, math, science, social studies, technology and the fine arts. Special events help students celebrate and appreciate milestones in the school calendar. Examples include Fall Festival, Thanksgiving with School Buddies, Sweetheart Valentine Luncheon with Parents, and 100 Day Celebration.
Classes meet Monday-Friday, 7:50AM - 3:00PM. Daycare is available for an additional fee.

Preschool - 3 Program Overview
(must be potty-trained and 3 years old by September 1)
  • Students learn about God's love for them and for others. They learn and practice simple daily prayers.
  • Hands on learning through art and play.  Students develop their fine motor skills with painting, tracing, coloring, and cutting activities.  Thematic units integrate religion, art, drama, music, cooking and science that builds new vocabulary and develops listening skills.
  • Math instruction focuses on identifying and understanding simple patterns, sequencing, graphing, and number recognition and number writing.  
  • The Language Arts program introduces students to literary themes and authors.  Students focus on listening and discussing stories, letter identification and sounds. ​
Preschool - 4 Program Overview
(must be 4 by September 1)
The Preschool 4 program builds on the fundamental skills taught in the previous year. Four year olds:
  • Continue to learn about God and the love that God has for them and others through stories, discussion and drama. Prayer is a constant part of the day.
  • Thematic units integrate religion, art, drama, music, cooking and science into the academic program.
  • In keeping with Saint Peter's accelerated Math curriculum, students complete the Saxon Kindergarten Math program.   
  • The Language Arts program continues to expose students to a variety a literary themes and authors. Learn to recognize and write their first and last names; distinguish vowels from consonants; associate phonetic sounds with their corresponding letters; and, begin to read.

Application Fee - $125
Tuition Rates for the 2025-2026 school year are:
  • Standard tuition – $13,500   
  • Active Parishioner tuition  - $11,000

Please note that the Preschool program is an independent enrollment. Preschool students are not included in the multi-child discount.
